About Puja
Ganesh Pooja is the structured, devotional ritual of worshipping Lord Ganesha. While it is celebrated with massive grandeur during the 10-day festival of Ganesh Chaturthi, simple versions of this pooja are performed daily in Hindu households, or prior to housewarmings (Griha Pravesh), weddings, and business launches. The word Archana literally translates to "honouring, praising, or paying homage" in Sanskrit. While a "Pooja" refers to the entire ceremonial ritual, an Archana is a highly focused, personal segment of worship where the names of the deity are chanted
